	New Clients Prior to being admitted to doggie daycare, both dogs and owners will be given an interview to determine suitability. This is required in order to insure your dog's safety, as well as the safety of all the dogs. You will need to fill out a pet profile form and must provide proof of vaccinations. Your dog must be friendly and good around other dogs or he will not be accepted in the program. Proof Of Vaccination We require proof of 3 vaccinations. You may bring in a copy of your shot records or have your vet fax us a copy. It must show expiration dates, reminder dates, or due dates. Vaccinataions we require at Holly Ridge Manor Distemper (Yearly "Combo" or "Booster", DHLPP or DA2PPL) Rabies (Rabies vaccine can last 1, 2, or 3 years) Kennel Cough (Also called: "Bordetella") This vaccine is NOT given regularly by all veterinarians unless you tell them you board your dog. We also prefer that you receive a booster every 6 months. NOTE: This vaccine takes 48-72 hours to take effect.
